United Broadcasting Television (or UBT) is a American commercial broadcast television network. The company actually is headquartered in New York, with major production facilities and operations in Los Angeles. It was founded in 1955 as TVT (an acronym for The Villagers' Television) and in 1955 as WBC (an acronym for Workpoint Broadcasting Company).

In 1963, TVT was acquired by Spectrum Broadcasting Company to form Spectrum Television Network (STV).

In 1963, WBC was acquired by Alternative Entertainment Co. to form Alternative Television (Alter).

In 1980, STV and Alter merged to form United Broadcasting Television (UBT), with the logo design being a combination of the STV (the diamond) and Alter (the blocks) logos.

On January 30, 2019, UBT's parent company UBT Enterprises merged into Qualis Entertainment, however the network stayed with TVOD Ventures.
