In 2014 Viacom and TOON22 Decided to shutter the service citing difficulties in operating a 24 hour International Superstation. However, this wasn't true at all, they confessed that they had no difficulties with operating the station, and oddly said they had difficulties operating it, as an excuse to dissaffiliate it from the already phasing out TOON22 branding.
Sadly, its license was revoked on June 26 of the same year. Despite the license being revoked, it wasn't entirely, as remenants of the old license were to expire at the end of 2019, making it possible for the network to come back, after being last seen in 2014.
